Brattleboro Area Farmers Market

Where: Rt. 9, W. Bratt, West of exit 2 I-91

When: Open Saturdays 9 am - 2 pm, May - October Open Wednesday 10 am - 2 pm, Mid-June through Mid-September

This unique and exceptional market is one of the most popular in New England. The vendors are arranged in a large oval in a grove of trees along the Whetstone Brook. The farmers' stands are piled high with fresh-picked, locally grown fruits and vegetables. The market features a wide selection of ethnic food, baked goods and breads, and one-of-a-kind crafts. The market also features music from 11-1.

Between the North End and Faneuil Hall is Boston's premier open
air market, Haymarket, where merchants hawk their fruits, vegetables,
meats, cheeses and fish at extroidanary bargains. The atmosphere is
reminiscient of an era gone by and is regreshing as well as fascinating
in this day of malls and supermarkets. Unlike most supermarkets, Haymarket
allows you to wander freely, and enjoy the smells and sounds of a time gone
by.

Directions to Haymarket:

The Haymarket Station is located on the Green Line, and is accesible
by all "T" Lines. Take the Red Line to Park Street and switch to the Green Line, take the Green
Line to the Haymarket Station.
