Soup: Lobster Bisque

Entree: Roast Leg of Lamb smoothered in Rosemary and Garlic

Sides: Baked Beets tossed with Mint, Brussel Sprouts sauteed with Red Onions glazed in Balsamic Vinegar Tomato Salad

Cheese Course: Fontina D'alpeggoio, Parmigiano Stravecchio, San Giacomo Balsamic Vinegar

Deserts: Marizapn Fruit, Pistacho Nougat, Avola Almond Nougat, Panettone

The Foodevents Holiday party was a great way to end the year and to plan for new beginnings. It all began on Arthur Avenue, our favorite place for party shopping. The lamb was wrapped, stuffed and seasoned by our beloved and trusted butchers at Biancardis. On the day before Christmas, people waited with heated anticipation for their suckling pigs, sold in its entirety, wild boar and rack of lamb, veal chops and fresh game birds. It is a wonder and a delight to shop there, and you are granted the confidence of being in the most capable of hands.

At the party, our guests had the opportunity to mingle over bottles of champagne and the delicious cheeses and desserts from Esperya.com. A Cuban Jazz trio played Christmas carols as the conversation about our favorite topics- food quality, appreciation and travel flowed on through the evening. We would like thank everyone that attended on Christmas Eve, especially the musicians and wish everyone the very best healthy and most tasteful New Year!
